My husband and I needed a home inspector for a home that we are purchasing and we live out of town. The day before we arrived, we called Richard and he was able to make time for our inspection two days later. He is thorough, thoughtful, and gave us maintenance tips for our house. He even provided photos to us outside of the report so that we could use them for reference as we grow in the home for years to come.
