This new construction home in Newnan Georgia had a number of missed items. With the current building race and all the pressures that go with this, subcontractors can easily not complete a process. During this new construction inspection, Powerworks Inspections noted Unsealed nail heads, damaged shingles, missing underlayment, AFCI/GFCI protection missing on some circuits in the panel box, door adjustments, unsealed junctions between the veneer and framed walls, damaged tub and shower, kitchen vent blowing onto hallway CO/Smoke detector. Pictures are supplied to help visualize items.
