This new construction home in Senoia Georgia had a number of missed items. With the current building race, and all the presures that go with this, subcontractors can easily not complete a process. Unfortunately, the next subcontractor has his own worries and job to complete. As a result he completes his work often leaving the missing items not resolved. These are some of the items discovered during this new construction home inspection. Do not skip a new construction home inspection and one year warranty home inspection.
