During this 11 month warranty inspection a number of items were noted. Many of these items are typical to what can be found a many New Construction and 11 Month Warranty Home Inspections. What is found at each home can vary and depends on the builder and subcontractors performing the work. In this home the owner stated that water was entering the garage wall next to the garage door. Investigation, revealed the garage header was not sealed and that the junction of the stone veneer to trim board was not sealed. Three windows where installed with failing or defective E-Coating from the factory. On the roof only a couple of shingles were damaged, however multiple nail heads where left unsealed.
