During this New Construction Inspection, Powerworks Inspections found a number of items that should be addressed. All items are not shown here. We found a couple of windows with a damaged E-Coating from the factory. The E-Coating functions to block the wavelength from the sun that transmits heat. Also, common to new construction and one-year warranty inspections is the discovery of shingles that were damaged during the installation process. In this home, the drywallers had covered over the Ufer ground access. We were able to confirm its presence by finding and following the grounding conductor across the attic. There are also other items shown here, that if you owned the home you would want to know.
