We needed an inspection for a home we were purchasing, and are happy to say Richard helped us immensely when it came to providing insight and professional opinion on the place. He was very thorough and professional while showing us around the property and explaining everything, and seemed very genuine. Not extremely expensive for good quality work. Definitely would recommend him to anyone we know.
